We are constantly adding so much new material, all designed to get people out of their seats and onto the dance floor. The Birth of The Groove
Starting out in 2017 as The Blues Groove, the band has been playing rhythm & Blues, pop, funk and blues since 2017. The band has performed regularly throughout the Treasure Valley and beyond with a number of personnel changes leading up to Stephanie Rendon joining the band in December of 2019. 2020 saw the addition of Ed Coughenour on drums and the band changed the name to Stef & The Groove in September 2020.
